Hi, I'm Felipe.

Over a decade of making and breaking things across 5 continents and 2 IPOs. Somewhere in the middle, figuring out what makes companies grow.

These days I'm deep into AI, marketing, and what happens when you combine the two.

Self-taught, remote-first, always building.

Back in Chile, I co-founded the first entrepreneurship agency in the country. We helped launch 93 startups, with about 65% making it off the ground. That grounding in real early-stage chaos shapes everything I do as an operator.

Based in Estonia for 11 years and fully remote my entire career. As a neurodivergent professional, I have zero patience for friction, so I obsessively simplify the things that slow teams down.

I've seen what scale looks like from the inside.

Part of the teams at SendGrid, Twilio and Semrush through two IPOs and a major acquisition. That pattern recognition comes with me into every engagement.

SendGrid~$1.5B ipo era
EMEA startup community
Nurtured and expanded the startup program across EMEA: 50+ accelerator partners, 550+ startup accounts, 14.2M social reach.
Twilio$3B acquisition
EMEA community strategist
Stayed on after the acquisition to keep the SendGrid program running, helping early-stage startups get connected to mentoring and the platform.
Semrush~$2B ipo era
first global brand evangelist
Worked with 20,000+ marketing influencers worldwide. Part of the team through the IPO.

GTM, the way I run it.

I'm a builder-marketer. I run GTM — positioning, community, partnerships, product marketing — and I ship the product too.

It's carried a lot of titles: product marketing, growth, developer relations, community and ecosystem, partnerships, market entry, founding GTM. I care more about the work than the label.

how I see it
01Build an audience, don't rent one.Community-driven growth is building an audience around your product instead of paying for attention. Real relationships that drive real pipeline.
02Metrics that connect to revenue.I know the difference between metrics that matter and vanity. When it's your own money on the line, you focus on what brings in customers.
03Product-led by default.PLG is how I naturally think. At Cynoia a full PLG model grew acquisition to 6,000+ users across 13 countries.
04Close the loop between field and product. What users experience goes back to the product team — at SendGrid, feedback from the field to product and developer experience; at Semrush, closing the loop between field and product.
05Different markets, same fundamentals.Markets are different. Teams are different. The basics of building trust and communicating clearly work everywhere.

how AI changed it
Discovery moved into the answer.People increasingly ask AI assistants for "best tools for X" instead of running a search. If your site isn't structured for AI crawlers, you're not in the answer. That gap is why I built BoostLLMs.
The marketer can ship the product. The furthest along of this year's products scans websites and generates fixes for how AI systems read them, on a 12-agent pipeline I built end to end.
Speed is cheap. Discipline isn't.On Perch, my job wasn't typing. It was scoping the problem, deciding the open questions, keeping the contracts honest and using the thing until it broke. The agents are fast; the discipline is what keeps the output coherent.

AI is reshaping how marketing gets done — faster than most teams are ready for. I'm not just watching it happen; I built BoostLLMs out of my own need to understand how AI reads and interprets content.
